Sonia is moving into publishing articles, novels and children’s stories all with the view of assisting each individual to see the mirror reflected within themselves - their most magnificent selves. Sonia is a host on her own blog talk radio show and on various internet radio shows. Taught on The Learning Annex online course - How To Attract Money. Sonia has traveled expensively to Australia, Japan, eastern USA and Canada and Sedona where she shared her personal wisdom to all who sought their own personal truth. Through workshops and lectures she guides you to connect with your inner power and set up a strategy for the life you deserve.

The passion for her work caused Sonia to seek out complementary healers to share the joy of supporting her clients to grow. At The Centre For Intuitive Studies, Meditation & Healing our talented teachers facilitate courses in meditation, self emergence, past-life journeying, chakras, inner child healing, incorporating the I-Ching guidance, crystal therapy, the latest bio-feedback analysis to assist you in your healing. We are a group of women (so far), who have supported our community through volunteering, we have had our share of media exposure also on internet talk radio and television shows. Most have traveled extensively, teaching across Canada and around the planet, touching the lives of many. Through her company Sonia Haynes Enterprises and The Centre for Intuitive Studies, Meditation & Healing, our healers' one-to-one consultations, group sessions, workshops and seminars have supported our client’s self-empowerment teaching them how to access their creativity and inner self-healing. We are very excited to assist our clients to connect with the quiet place within them selves thus effecting greater clarity in all they do.
